I am very satisfied with this service. The driver was kind and professional. The vehicle itself had an elegant and in my opinion clean interior and the seat where I was sitting was comfortable. My height is around 6′3 and I found that there was enough space for my legs. I recommend this service.

As a tour-guide I have rich experience with buses and drivers, but using the services of Nikolanna has exceeded my expectations. From the beginning of our trip we could feel the personal attitude and no efforts were spared in order to satisfy all our needs. Since we had to visit archaeological sites and museums scattered all over the country and our schedule was rather tight, the driver Nikolay made everything possible and impossible to take us everywhere on time, helped us with the choice of restaurants and actually turned out to be one of the most efficient and reliable members of our team. Simply Amazing!
I am a tour guide and I definitely want to recommend Nikolanna for your trip. They are UNIQUE! Great service, absolutely clean vehicles, very smiling and professional drivers, Wifi in the cars, many little surprises... It is so nice to work in such a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Bulgaria is an extremely beautiful country with many unexpected, curious places to visit. Unfortunately we have also many bad roads, so, good drivers and good cars are more than important for a nice trip here. Nikolanna is a great choice for your stay in Bulgaria and I can't wait to work with them again.

Book Nikolanna for your family tours!
We used Nikolanna last year when I visited home with my German fiance. I wanted to show him Bulgaria and its beauty in a comfortable way. Nikolanna was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I can say that all the good things she said came true. The car was comfortably spacious for us two and my parents, clean and up-to-date with modern sound and wi-fi. The drivers were super friendly and drove carefully (I'm sensitive with car travel). It's such a relief to find a reliable and professional car service for our family trips. Definitely using them again and recommending to friends.
